Rooms are spacious and tasefully decorated. Infact the whole property gives a good feeling. There is a cafe adjacent to it that provides Italian cuisine.

I like that the name Heritage is really correct. The lady owner is there. Shes very kind and accommodating. The place itself is well maintained and kept. The interiors will take u back to a different era. It's really beautiful. They have a Cafe that equally beautiful but a bit modern. At night when the lights are open the place has a different character.

The whole place is just so beautiful. A real calm oasis, we spent most of the first day just enjoying the hotel & sipping coffee on the balcony or in the garden. They have a top class coffee machine too. The adjoining restaurant does a brilliant all day breakfast, so you can sleep in as long as you want. All the staff were really lovely & attentive.

Staying at Vimal Heritage was an absolute delight. The staff's warmth and impeccable service made our visit exceptional. The room was stylish and comfortable, and the on-site dining was fantastic. The hotel's central location was convenient for exploring the city. I highly recommend Vimal Heritage for a wonderful stay! Meeting Pranati Aunty the owner of the hotel felt like being welcomed into a friend's home. Their warm and friendly demeanour added a personal touch to our stay. Pranati Aunty took the time to chat with us, making us feel like part of the hotel's extended family. It's not every day that you encounter such a genuinely welcoming host, and it made our stay truly special.

Great location. Great staff; very friendly. The room is clean. Information on booking was not completely matching reality. We thought that we booked a room with four fixed beds (travelling with three), turned out too be two beds + one less comfy foldable bed. Other beds are fine, clean sheets. Nice restaurant, lovely coffee. Friendly staff. Swimmingpool was refreshing.

room was spacious, opening onto a large balcony breakfast was good, the hotel rooms overlook a swimming pool The team and owner were very helpful, friendly and polite. the area the hotel is in is quiet, but close enough to all the exciting adventures that Jaipur offers. A great place to land, unwind, and find some rest after busy days of shopping and sight seeing.

The ambience was really good, We were been guided for every possible things to do in Jaipur. They gave us late checkout without any extra charge. Every one of the hotel staff was soo humble and ready to help always. We never felt its a hotel.it was like our home itself,would love to stay at Vimal again in our next stay.

Nice spacious room and very nice decoration! Fan & AC! Quiet location. Staff was friendly and there is a cafe serving drinks and some international food downstairs. Overall a nice stay, maybe a bit pricey for solo budget traveller (as the price is same for 2 adults in the room). But would absolutely recommend! Thanks for a lovely stay!

Breakfast was a very tasty variety of Indian dishes, fruit and toast with jam. Very pleasant way to start the day. The staff was super friendly and Printi, the owner, was a literal life saver as she let us borrow her father's extra nebulizer machine for breathing treatments. This way we didn't have to search for a clinic or hospital. Also, after being inundated from noisy streets at other hotels, it was sheer joy to sit in the front garden in peace.

My parents stayed there for 3 nights. The staff was a total delight. They were polite and helpfull.y parents loved the stay and couldn't stop talking about how beautiful the hotel was and how peaceful the area was. Also the hotel staff advised my parents to go via an auto instead of a cab. (Rarely seen such staff who cares about their guests' money) Also they let my parents rest in the waiting area after check out as their train was scheduled in the late evening. Great hospitality.
